Hi ladies I just wanted to share some information with you!
Black lesbians and bisexual women are often left out of large-scale healthcare studies. The Women 2 Women Spirit Study being conducted by The Mautner Project is changing that. This national survey will examine health behaviors, barriers to healthcare, and cancer screening for more than 500 women, lesbians and bisexual women of African descent aged 18 and over from across the country. Each participant will receive a black lesbian print by artist Nicole Folkes, as a thank you for completing and returning the questionnaire. The study is an opportunity for you to voice your concerns on barriers to accessing healthcare and to help improve services to black WPW.
